Pre-dinner

We offer a variety of pre-dinner options to whet the appetite. Examples of hors d’oèuvres and appetisers we have provided in the past include:
  • Homemade, gourmet miniature quiches
  • Wild mushroom ragout tartlets (v)
  • Peking duck rice paper rolls, served with a nahm jim dressing (gf)

Soups

We have soups to suit any appetite, from refreshing vegetable varieties to savoury meat soups. Some examples of our gourmet soups include:
  • Thai pumpkin with fresh coriander leaves (v) (gf)
  • Fennel & roasted garlic with seeded olive oil crackers (v) (gf)

Hot entrée

We have a reputation for providing exquisite hot entrées, expertly prepared by our chefs. We have provided many exciting, memorable dishes, including:
  • Slowly braised lamb rump served upon a risotto
    Milanese (gf)
  • Spinach and ricotta cannelloni, served with a rich tomato coulis (v)
  • Chicken and pork terrine served warm on a crispy noodle salad

Cold entrée

Our cold entrées are perfect for warmer months and provide a light, refreshing meal. Some examples of our past cold entrées include:
  • Slices of eye fillet marinated in sweet chilli, coriander and lemongrass, cooked medium rare and served on a Mediterranean salad (gf)
  • Poached chicken, mango, strawberry and avocados tossed with rocket, finished with a light mango and mint dressing (gf)
  • Tender lamb pieces served on a rocket, roast pumpkin, pine nut and semi dried tomato salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette (gf)

Mains

You will not find a better gourmet catering menu. Our main courses are guaranteed to make a great impression on your guests. Past examples include:
  • Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables, wrapped with pesto and brie cheese, served on wilted spinach and surrounded by a rich tomato coulis (v)
  • Tender fillet served on a sweet potato mash topped with caramelised onion finished with a red wine and thyme jus (gf)
  • Moroccan grilled swordfish, with a sweet and sour pomegranate and fennel salad and a sesame
    yoghurt (gf)

Dessert

When your guests think dinner can’t get any better, we finish with your choice of professionally prepared dessert. Some of our our gourmet examples in the past have included:
  • Chocolate brulee tart, with berry compote and cherry parfait
  • Individually-made miniature apple pies, shortcrust pastry filled with sweetened apple in creamy
    brandy custard
  • Apricot and macadamia nut bread and butter pudding, served with a crème anglaise
